☞ When are you open?

Detective squad is open for regular hours between 12noon and 6pm, however, we are a small operation and must be closed for errands and other work.

☞ Do you do repairs?

Detective squad is generally NOT available for repair work on vintage synthesizers or other electronic equipment. We do have soldering facilities and we are open to working with YOU in the shop to repair your own electronics, for an affordable equipment time fee. Please contact us to discuss this.

☞ Can I play a show?

Detective squad hosts small electronic music events in our storefront please contact us with appropriate links. These shows are generally free or by donation.

☞ Tape Duplication:

We accept all audio file types to make the master for duplication, and we will endeavor to achieve the best quality in the recording transfer process, but we encourage the use of lossless audio formats such as .Wav, .FLAC

Artwork can be sent in compressed ZIP or RAR files containing PDF or PSD files. Please send using We transfer, sendspace, google drive or the equivalent service to..

A note about black and white artwork – some of our package deals are for black and white artwork only! If you’d like color printing on J card stock, please add Color Artwork to your cart

Most orders will take up to 2 weeks to complete. Please let us know if your project has a deadline.

We encourage store pickup of orders, but we will ship if that’s desired. Please include your shipping address with your paypal order.
