☞ Currently we accept PayPal payments to make sure our payments are secure.

☞ PayPal checkout should also allow you to pay by card.

☞ Orders (when not preorder) should be shipped within 2 weeks after the order has been received. We will contact you if there will be a delay.

☞ A buyer pays for the selected products and calculated shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based upon the weight of package and country of destination. We are shipping from Brooklyn, NY USA.

☞ We ship with USPS priority shipping. For international shipping we use Priority international. Any Package tracking is accessed through USPS.

☞ If you need non-standard shipping service or payment method please contact us.

☞ Detective Squad does not save your credit card data.

⚠ Return policy: if you are not satisfied with our product you can contact us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase to negotiate refund and sending it back (you have to pay the postage costs). In case of malfunction on your device caused by manufacturing you can send it back for repair or refund.
